Return Policy

At Macerator Store, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy under certain conditions. Please review the terms below:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Request Timeline: Refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund.

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging. The item should not have been damaged, altered, or tampered with including any packaging. If the item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Refund Process

  • Request: If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at maceratorstore@mail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the refund request.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. The item must be shipped back in the original condition and packaging to the address provided. Please ensure the return package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking and admin fee of £15 will be applied to your refund amount. This fee covers the processing and handling costs of returned products.

  • Refund Issuance: Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened and Used Items: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be refunded.

  • Custom Orders: Any custom-made or specially ordered items are non-refundable.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a full refund, or offer an exchange, depending on your preference. Return shipping for faulty or defective products will be covered by Macerator Store.
